1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit an inquiry form, request a call or text, email us, or communicate with us in any other way, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, city/state or country of residence, vehicle or budget details, and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics/advertising partners automatically collect device and usage data: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referral source, and campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived from (e.g. utm_source). We also store small preferences (such as your language selection) in your browser’s local storage.

Call and text records. If you call or text us, we collect the phone number you used, the time of contact, and the content of text conversations. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality-assurance and training purposes; where the law requires, you will be notified before recording begins.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your inquiries and provide requested consultations; (b) evaluate, onboard, and service co-hosting clients; (c) operate, maintain, and improve the website; (d) measure marketing performance and attribute inquiries to their source campaigns; (e) send you follow-up communications, service updates, marketing messages, and newsletters (see Section 5); (f) maintain business records, comply with legal obligations (including tax reporting), and enforce our agreements; and (g) protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Analytics, advertising & tracking technologies

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels — which set cookies or similar technologies to help us understand site traffic, measure conversions (including clicks on call, text, and form links), and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. These providers may process your data under their own privacy policies. You can limit tracking through your browser’s cookie settings, ad-preference tools offered by Google and Meta, or industry opt-outs such as aboutads.info.

4. CRM and service providers

Form submissions and contact records are stored in customer-relationship-management (CRM) systems of our choice, which may include third-party platforms, systems we build ourselves, or a combination of both. We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as form/CRM providers, communication tools (phone, SMS, email), analytics and advertising platforms, payment processors, and professional advisors — and only as needed to perform their functions. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer (e.g. merger or asset sale).

5. Marketing communications (email & SMS)

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive follow-up communications from us about your inquiry. Where you have opted in, we may also send marketing emails, newsletters, and marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to any marketing text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly — and we will honor your request promptly. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related communications for active clients.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above: inquiry records for as long as they remain commercially relevant, client records for the duration of the client relationship plus the period required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and analytics data per the retention settings of our analytics providers. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Florida residents may have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights; California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions may have rights under their local data-protection laws. 8. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information on servers located in the US. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party websites

Our website links to third-party sites and services (including our external inquiry forms, Turo, YouTube, and press articles). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
